While we do need some personal information, we always protect
your privacy. Your name and mailing address are required

Q: How long do surveys take?
A:
While surveys range in length, most take just between three
to five minutes. So you can ideally complete about 12 surveys
per hour.

Q:
Why do some offers say I’m not eligible?
A:
While most of our offers are open to anyone, some companies
conduct a minor screening process to determine eligibility.
This process matches offer participants with a specified
target audience demographic. For instance, a golf club dealer
may want responses only from golfers or a fitness magazine
may want fitness enthusiast opinions. If you’ve received
a message that says you’re not eligible, simply move
to the next offer of interest. We have thousands to choose
from, and they change daily.

Q:
How many accounts can I have?
A:
We allow one membership per person to ensure you always
receive proper referral and participation credit while safeguarding
against fraud attempts. If you’d like to open more
accounts, please contact our support team.

Q:
I changed my mind and want to end my membership. How can
I do this?
A:
We’ll be happy to remove your information from our
database and immediately close your membership. To cancel
membership, simply log into your account and select My Account.
Scroll to the bottom, re-enter your password and click Cancel
Membership. Your information will be deleted from our records
immediately. Keep in mind that cancellation includes elimination
of any referral credits. If you ever change your mind and
would like to become a member again, you’ll have to
create a new account.

Q:
What’s the minimum pay-out, and when are checks processed?
A:
We send pay-out checks during months that you earn more than
$10. If you earn less than $10 in a particular month, your
revenue will roll-over until you have the minimum amount
required for distribution. Checks are processed 20 days
after the close of each month. So, for example, if you earn
$200 in June, your check will leave our offices on July
20th.

Q:
I referred a friend, but didn’t receive credit. What
happened?
A:
Frequently, a group of users, like a dormitory at a university,
share an IP address. This might trigger a fraud alert on
our system. If we believe a referral is fraudulent, you
will not receive credit.

Is this site for real? Can I really earn cash?
A:
Absolutely! Businesses have always needed customer opinions.
Some of these are free, while others are compensated. We
have great relationships with major businesses who need
customer information to fine-tune their marketing and advertising
tactics. These companies are willing to pay handsomely for
your opinion.

Q:
Why didn’t I receive payment for a completed survey?
If
you weren’t compensated for your time, check if you’re
a member of another survey site and have already completed
the same survey with that company. Our advertisers only
pay for unique leads and cannot offer duplicate payments.
If, for any reason, you were not paid and you feel this
was an error, please email our support team along with the
name of the offer you completed. With this information,
we can research your incident. To best track your unique
sign-ups and avoid future complications, we recommend using
a new email address, such as a free GMAIL or Yahoo!, account.

Why do you recommend that I used a unique email address?
A:
Since advertisers pay you, they obtain the right to resell
your information to other third parties. A unique email
account will protect you from receiving email advertisements
at your permanent account.

Can I post a link on my FaceBook or Myspace page?
A:
We don’t recommend posting links or advertisements
to social networking sites because most forbid any form
of commercial advertising. If you’d like to increase
referrals through this means, please read the membership
site’s Terms and Conditions policy first to ensure
it's within guidelines.

Can I SPAM people to get more referral credits?
A:
Spamming is strictly prohibited! If you’re caught
spamming individuals with your referral link, your account
will be canceled and you will forfeit your earnings.

Q:
I signed up, but never received my confirmation email. What
did I do wrong?
A:
Your Confirmation email is automatically sent after you’ve
completed and submitted our online Signup Form. If you’re
using a free email service such as Hotmail or Yahoo, please
allow a few minutes for your confirmation email to reach
your Inbox. If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes,
please check your Junk Mail folder, as some email providers
automatically filter messages. You should also add survey@thissiteisforreal.com
to your address book and/or contact list to ensure service
announcements and important messages are never blocked.
If you follow all of these steps and still cannot locate
your confirmation email, please request another. If, after
requesting another, you still do not receive your confirmation
email, your email provider is probably blocking messages
from ThisSiteisForReal.com. So please join again using a
new email address from a different provider.

A:
You can view your real-time, up-to-date earnings at any
time. Simply log-in and click the Earnings tab at the top
of the page. Next, choose the month you’d like to
view and click the go button. On your earnings page, you’ll
find all historical data on the money you’ve earned
plus the breakdown of offers, surveys, bonuses and referrals.
You’ll even see when your next payment will be mailed
and when historical payments were shipped.
